Data processed

Depending on how the service is used, AD5 Elite processes:

• account identity, email address and authentication events;
• Language 1 and Language 2 preferences;
• answers, progress, favourites, error journal and mock-exam results;
• Stripe payment references, purchase status and refund events, but not full card data;
• terms and immediate-access consent records;
• security, rate-limit and technical logs;
• support messages and GDPR requests.

Purposes and legal bases

Account, training, payment and support data are processed to perform the contract. Payment and accounting records are also processed to comply with legal obligations. Security logs are processed for the legitimate interest of protecting users, content and systems. Optional communications or non-essential cookies will rely on consent where required.

Recipients and processors

Authorised access is limited to the operator and service providers required to run the platform: Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and Resend for transactional email.

Each provider processes data under its own contractual and security framework. Data is not sold.

Retention

Account and learning data are retained while the account remains active and are deleted or anonymised after a valid deletion request, except where continued retention is legally required.

Invoices and accounting data are retained for ten years. Security records are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to detect and investigate incidents. Consent evidence may be retained for the period needed to establish compliance and handle legal claims.

International transfers

European service regions are selected where available. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on an applicable safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by writing to support@ad5-elite.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr or with their competent European supervisory authority.

The account area provides a direct data export and account-deletion function. Legal retention obligations may limit immediate deletion of specific records.

Automated recommendations

Adaptive practice recommendations use training results to suggest exercises. They do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
